The Obama administration introduced new restrictions to limit smog-causing ozone emissions. The administration's new rules would restrict ozone production to 70 parts per billion (lower than the current 75) — but not everyone's happy about the plan. Environmentalists complained that the limits should have been stricter, while manufacturers said the new rule will “inflict pain on companies that build things in America." |
