Ricin Letter Suspect Arrested

Federal officials say an arrest has been made right after the president was sent ricin-positive letters Wednesday. The suspect is reportedly named Paul Kevin Curtis, of Corinth, Mississippi. The arrest comes just one day after a mysterious letter sent to Mississippi Sen. Roger Wicker was also found to contain ricin. The FBI says both letters are postmarked April 8, 2013, out of Memphis, and contain an identical phrase: “to see a wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner to its continuance.” Both letters are signed: “I am KC and I approve this message.”
