North Korea wants the world to think it can make mini nukes

 The country claimed that it has made nuclear warheads small enough to fit on a missile. One caveat: While Kim Jong Un’s regime has been known to be working on nuclear weapons and missile technology, it’s also been known to exaggerate its technical capabilities like a kid at a Silicon Valley science fair.
