After Hungary acknowledged it doesn’t have the resources or will to deal with a massive influx of migrants, a dramatic scene unfolded as hundreds of refugees broke out of a police holding facility near the Hungarian-Serbian border Tuesday. Later, in his State of the European Union address, President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker announced a refugee quota plan to resettle an additional 120,000 asylum seekers (Australia said they'd take in an extra 12,000). The U.S. still hasn’t stepped up to help, but a petition is circulating to resettle 65,000 refugees in America by next year.
