Pink Floyd's Roger Waters begins tour in Kansas City with an all-out attack on Donald Trump

Roger Waters is sending a very clear message to Donald Trump as part of his new Us + Them world tour. The message is "Fuck Trump".
Waters showcases the Trump circus during a show-piece section of the show with the Pink Floyd Animals album song Pigs (Three Different Ones). Various images portray Trump wearing lipstick, in a blond wig, in dominatrix leather gear and a naked Trump with a tiny penis. Waters brands the demagogue ‘Charade’.

U.S. Press under attack

Lexington Herald-Leader’s press room

Yet another disturbing attack on our free press and the newspapers that keep our democratic discourse alive has just occurred in Lexington, Kentucky.
On Sunday morning, sometime between 9:15 and 11:00 am, an unknown perpetrator fired a number of small caliber bullets into the windows of the Lexington Herald-Leader’s press room, reports the newspaper:

It is just the latest in a string of incidents that illustrate how President Trump’s relentless attacks on the press are endangering the lives of reporters.
Last week, Republican congressional candidate Greg Gianforte viciously assaulted a reporter who had previously written an unflattering story about him, body-slamming him to the ground and breaking his glasses.
The very next day, Texas Governor Greg Abbott casually joked about shooting reporters who asked him questions he didn’t like.

President Trump has spent the past year and a half viciously denigrating reporters and our free press for debunking his lies and for dredging up the many, many skeletons in Donald Trump’s closet.
He’s labeled the press an “enemy of the people,” accusing them of lying and of fabricating stories to make him look bad, threatened to rewrite libel laws to make it easier to punish reporters for doing their jobs, and constantly refers to the mainstream media as the “fake news” media.
Since taking office, brilliant investigative work by our newspapers has kept his administration constantly engulfed in humiliating scandals amid an almost daily string of bombshells exposing Trump and his team’s potentially treasonous collusion with agents of the Russian Federation.

The President of the United States is engaged in a full-on war with the First Amendment and the very concept of truth deriving from fact-based evidence as he desperately tries to hoodwink the American people into believing his lies. Our free press is one of the primary bulwarks we have against our nation’s slow slide towards authoritarianism – and now it is literally under attack.
Thankfully, nobody was hurt in this deeply disturbing shooting – but judging from the frequency with which these it’s only a matter of time before Trump’s dangerous anti-press rhetoric claims its first victim.

So How Many Republicans Have Links To Russia

Thanks to the hard work of Democratic pundit Scott Dworkin, it’s beginning to look like every Republican politician has some kind of link to Russia.
Over the last few months, Dworkin has revealed that several Republican senators — including John McCain, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio — have accepted money from Russian donors. He produced evidence of even more connections earlier this week that have been shared by Palmer Report.
On Sunday, Dworkin found documents that link Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to a super PAC that accepted $2.5 million from a “pro-Putin Ukrainian businessman.” He shared photos of the documents on Twitter:

Dworkin also found that McConnell is not the only person who has benefited from a pro-Putin businessman. He tweeted on Tuesday photos of documents that show Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker also received money from this “pro-Putin” individual during the last election cycle.

While Walker’s name has not come up often with regards to the Trump/Russia investigation, this is not the first time Senator McConnell has been accused of having his own Russia connections.
Last month, Claude Taylor, a former White House staffer who worked under President Bill Clinton, revealed via Twitter that he had heard “chatter” about McConnell and House Speaker Paul Ryan being caught on tape discussing funneling Russian money into the Trump campaign.
Starting to hear chatter that there are intercepts w/ Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell discussing funneling illegal Russian money into campaign
McConnell has only made suspicions about his links to Russia worse with his insistence that an independent investigation into Trump’s ties is not necessary.
Earlier this month, after Trump fired FBI Director James Comey, McConnell brushed off questions about an independent investigation, saying that “too much is at stake” and a separate review would derail the work that has already been done.
Governor Walker did say in March that he thinks the suspicions of collusion are serious and should be reviewed, but he’s been fairly quiet on the issue ever since.
Perhaps people like McConnell and Walker have refused to push for a more in-depth investigation because they don’t want their dirty laundry aired. That appears to be the general consensus among those commenting on Dworkin’s tweets.
