Each photo shows a person or group of people with empty hands where their phones should be; it’s critiquing the isolating and addicting nature of technology. This perspective, while fascinating, misses a big part of what makes technology great. Each device contains a world unto itself, and just because that world lives behind a screen doesn’t make it any less compelling.”
