Who the hell is the President Obama's pick for secretary of defense?
Administration sources told Reuters on Tuesday that President Obama has settled on 60-year-old Pentagon official Ashton Carter as his fourth defense secretary, with an announcement "expected in coming days once he is thoroughly vetted."
