Live Coverage Of Boston Marathon Bombing

UPDATE: The Boston Globe reports that over 120 people are being treated at seven local Boston hospitals after two explosions by the finish line of the Boston Marathon Monday. 

A federal law-enforcement source confirmed there are at least 12 dead and 50 injured. Massachusetts General Hospital was treating 10 people with amputated limbs and all operating rooms were on hold, sources said.

The Boston Globe reported that there were up to 100 injuries stemming from the explosion.
Law-enforcement sources said at least the first explosion occurred in the lobby of a nearby hotel.

A bombing near the finish line of the Boston marathon has shut down the race. It is unknown how         
many injuries have resulted, but reports have indicated two separate bomb noises occurred within the last half-hour.
