The National Review announced its latest magazine cover on Thursday, to run in May.
"Rubio's Folly" is presumably one more example of the obstacles Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) faces in trying to soothe the right as he and the "Gang of Eight" shepherd comprehensive immigration reform through the Senate.
